Half a day (4 hours) Team Building Session (up to 20 people)
"Is a team a whole new entity or the sum of the members' talents and weaknesses? Can the individuals work together, communicate effectively, manage to finish their projects in time and on budget? And while they are doing that are they smiling? We all have seen and been part of disfunctional groups where working was a constant struggle. We wanted to change the dinamics, the members, the projects but we had no idea how. Then we spent time together, learnt the skills to become a functional team. We had ups an downs but we knew with our newly aquired skills we would get through. Half a day team building is good for top ups. However, if you have the money make sure your team are getting the best value and training throughout the whole year."
Build team values, learn new skills, make advocates and leaders within your team. Find strenght and pinpoint weaknesses. Is one person weakness the others' strenght? Has a team had been built for making the best out of ourselves and support the others with our talents? How your team members know which part of the team they are? How do you know which direction to develop the members and the group as a whole? Team building is not just about the fun and social gatherings (although that part is awesome). Team building is making sure a whole new identity is being born and the individuals and the team itself can become something new, something whole, something always changing and moving.
